Shipping policy

Where we deliver. We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses, and selected international destinations where shown at checkout.

Delivery times. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. Orders placed before 1pm are usually processed the same day. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — they can be affected by courier delays, weather, or (for international orders) customs processing.

Delivery costs. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Age verification on delivery. All orders contain alcohol, so we operate a Challenge 25 policy. Whoever accepts delivery may be asked to show valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) confirming they're 18 or over. If acceptable ID can't be provided, the courier will not leave the order, and it may be returned to us — a redelivery or restocking charge may apply.

International orders. Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.

Problems with delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us via our contact page.
