These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them in full.
1. Who you're buying from This website is operated by Bohemian Brands Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 10527565), of 5 Ducketts Wharf, South Street, Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, CM23 3AR. Bohemian Brands Ltd is registered with HMRC under the Alcohol Wholesaler Registration Scheme (AWRS number XHAW00000108318) and with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration ZA279427). Bohemian Brands Ltd is the seller of record for all products sold through this site, and is responsible for stock, pricing, payment, fulfilment, and compliance with alcohol licensing law.
2. Age restriction This site sells alcoholic products and is intended for adults only. You must be 18 or over to browse, purchase, or receive an order from us, and by placing an order you confirm that you are. We operate a Challenge 25 policy: our courier may ask whoever accepts delivery for valid photo ID (passport or driving licence). If acceptable ID can't be provided, the order will not be handed over and may be returned to us, and you may be charged for a failed delivery.
3. Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we're free to accept or decline — for example if a product is out of stock, priced in error, or we're unable to verify your details. We may also limit the quantity of any product per order or per customer. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible; we can usually accommodate this within an hour of the order being placed, but can't guarantee it once an order has entered our dispatch process.
4. Pricing & payment All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We take reasonable care to display prices accurately, but if a pricing error does occur, we'll contact you before dispatching the affected order. For deliveries outside the UK, any import duties or local taxes are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

7. Liability We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but we don't guarantee that every description, image, or price is error-free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site.
8. Intellectual property All content on this site — including club branding used under licence, product photography, and site design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, redistribute, or reuse our content commercially without our written permission.
9. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
10. Governing law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
